Rapid Reaction – Steelers Defeat Ravens 43-23

For Steelers Fans living outside of the US and ahead of the Eastern time zone, the fall forward time change is pure hell when it comes to night games.

The Steelers 2014 victory over the Ravens at Heinz Field was one of those times. The Steelers defeated the Ravens 43-23 and have now won 3 straight games and hold a lead in the ultra competitive AFC North.

The Steelers were again led by Ben Roethlisberger, who had another 6 touchdown game, tossing socres to Le’Veon BellMartavis Bryant, Antonio Brown, Markus Wheaton, and Matt Spaeth.But the offense wasn’t the only star of the show.

  • Dick LeBeau‘s defense delivered and delivered big time.

Brice McCain recovered a fumble to setup the Steelers first score and Jason Worilds caught an interception to set up the Steelers second. And veteran James Harrison led the Steelers with 2 sacks of Joe Flacco on a night when the team got to him four times.
